The Hound is loose...Fox 26

Every year the effort to free my son from prison becomes more and more difficult because of the Victims Advocacy in Houston.  Now the Gay Caucus has weighed in and carrying the banner because Andy Kahan is under scrutiny by the HPD.  More than likely Andy will once again find a way to skirt justice and regain his status as the Houston Victims Advocate.  

Each time Andy is allowed to lie to the public through the obliging media he becomes empowered.  I see the Fox 26 investigative reporting of Randy Wallace deplorable in an attempt to force the Parole Board directly or indirectly through Politics to forego making a positive decision for Jon's parole.  Randy you are far from being an investigative reporter because you fail to get the facts straight and have allowed emotions to drive your efforts.  Your expose' is a travesty.

You say that it is fundamentally wrong for a inmate to have legal consul but is is Ok for the Victims family to get in the media emotionally and protest such use.  The fact is that Mr. Habern accepted this case Pro Bono because of the Media access of Andy Kahan. 

In our efforts to free Jon we have never said that Jon was not guilty of contributing to Paul's death.  What we have consistently said is that there were many factors other than what Andy and his minions have presented.  

Now the Gay Caucus is the one to say a legal brief they had no right to posses is riddled with errors.  If so, where is the error and where is the proof of that error.  It is easy just to say what they said in your expose' but it is only hearsay until you have the documentation to prove it.

Jon in his testimony at a hearing did not say he went to Montrose to beat up gays he said that the boys that he was testifying against (3 others) had previously went to Montrose for that purpose.  Jon never went to Montrose for that reason.

Again, Andy presented a picture of a knife.  Who's knife is that?  I never saw Jon with a knife like that. I know what Jon's knife looked like and that is not it.   In fact the knife was never vetted in a trial and so where does Andy attribute his access to such information, more illegal activities on his part.

There is nothing in the Autopsy Report that even suggests that Paul was "Gutted Like A Deer".

Great sensationalism but not fact.  Maybe this is Andy and Noel doing.

Mr Wallace your presentation is without any basis other than what Andy and Noel present.  So much for their 4 minutes of fame.  I can only say: "Mr. Randy Wallace-if you are the 'epitome of truth' in this matter I see you greatly flawed".
